Business Performance Manager, Google Cloud

The Business Performance and Cadence Manager is a critical member of the Cloud Strategy and Operations team

• Lead, manage and execute key Rhythms of the Business (RoB) workstreams for the NorthAm sales organization
• Provide deep-dive analytics across core products, identifying performance drivers, optimization opportunities, and risks to our go-to-market strategy
• Structure and lead core RoB workstreams, including defining scope, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, tracking progress, and delivering operational improvements
• Develop and scale creative solutions to surface the right performance data/insights to North America Cloud sales teams/leaders to help continue to grow Google Cloud in North America
• Support Cloud leadership on our regular business performance reviews and drive engaged insights within region to influence our strategies/plans

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience with sales analytics, financial analytics, or sales operations
• Experience with leading data-driven analyses using SQL and data visualization tools to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
• MBA or Master's degree
• Experience synthesizing insights and recommending actions from complex and unstructured datasets
• Knowledge of Cloud Industry, products, trends and dynamics
